Annual Value Meeting Sponsorship

Why Sponsor the Annual Meeting?

As a sponsor, you actively participate in the meeting.  We don’t have exhibit rooms where you wait for attendees to pass-by during breaks or on their way to another session, and we don’t have hundreds of lower level pricing and LPM executives attending many short back-to-back meetings.

The Annual Meeting is only for Pricing and LPM Chiefs, Directors and Leaders.  What we have are the top pricing and LPM decision makers in a room for two full days and this is the room that you also sit in and actively participate with the discussions, debates and exercises we tackle.

How big is the meeting?

In line with the values of the Institute and to keep the meeting highly focused and intimate, we limit both the Pricing and LPM Track to a maximum of thirty participants each.  SO for two days you get to be very involved with these key decision makers.

How Many Vendors Participate?

We only allow for a maximum of two to three vendor organizations to join the meeting, so you have close to exclusive access to all the decision makers.

As a sponsor, can I attend the social gatherings?

A highlight of the Annual Meeting is that we fully provide all the Networking Activities, including the renowned Dinner and Reception.  There are no other social activities other than those we host and we host an event each evening.  As a Sponsor, you are most welcome to attend every social event – that way, not only do you get quality time during the day with these key decision makers, you also get to connect with them socially too.

Can anyone become a sponsor?

No, the Institute will vet any Sponsor organization to ensure that it aligns with the participants core interests and can adequately contribute to the Meeting discussions.  As an active participant we want to ensure the sponsor can contribute to the hot topics of the day.  We also want to ensure that we don’t have each sponsor from the same type of business in order to keep the session engaging and not too focused on any particular view or topic.

What does it Cost?

The early-bird special runs until November 1, 2018 and the cost is $5,000 per Sponsor Organization for the first seat and $2,500 for the second (for two attendees and entitles you to attend all events, repeated mentioning of your organization during the Meeting)

After November 1, 2018 the full cost is $7,500 for the first seat and $2,500 for the second seat.

As Well as Active Participation in the Meeting, are there Additional Benefits of Sponsorship?

Your company logo will be added to any printed materials and communications that relate to the event and your logo will be displayed at the event itself.  While we do not have an exhibitor hall (as the key here is active participation rather than passive attendance), we will have a table where you can have your brochures placed for attendees to review and take with them.  The Meeting itself is an active 2-day “deep-dive” on the hot topics of the day.  So, there is no set vendor presentation slots in the agenda – you get to fully participate in the discussions so there is no need for set speaking slots to promote your name/expertise, you get to do so though-out the full 2 days though active participation.  As mentioned above, you are invited to attend the social gatherings so all meals and drinks are included, but sponsorship does not include your hotel accommodations or any travel related expenses.

Should I act Quickly?

Yes, we only accept three vendor organizations as Sponsors.  Also we don’t want all the sponsors to be from the same area of business or be providing the same type of product.  As such, acting quickly gets you into the Meeting. Obviously, there is a cost advantage to acting quickly with the early bird special.
